Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

1. This return and refund policy is only applicable for Culinary Edge Online Store Orders.

2. Customers may decide whether they want to request for return and exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of product/s.

3. To request for a refund, kindly fill out our exchange or refund request form.

4. Requests may be made for the following reasons:

  • If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition.

  • If the product delivered is incorrect or different from the order placed or different from how it is described on the website.

5. Customers who will decide to return an item due to change of mind  may do so within 3 days of receiving the item. They may opt to replace the item with something of similar or higher value.

6. The company reserves the right to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product in accordance with DTI rules and regulations.  We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges and expenses as a result.

7. Request for item exchanges or refunds will not be processed online. Customers will instead be contacted and assisted by a Culinary Edge customer service representative upon receipt of request.

8. All shipping costs for returned and replaced items will be for the account of the buyers.  Culinary Edge will not be liable for any damages or lost items while the items for return are in transit.

Our Return Policy

  • Items must be returned in its original and complete condition, unused, as of the time received from Culinary Edge.  

  • Customers must enclose together with the product, the sales receipt or any proof of its purchase included during delivery.  The old invoice will be cancelled and replaced with a new one for the replacement item/s.  Returned items without the invoice will not be processed.

  • Returned items will go through evaluation for the next 48 hours upon receipt of items. 

  • All shipping costs for returned items will be for the account of the buyer.  Culinary Edge will not be liable for any damages or lost items while in transit.

Our Exchange Policy 

  • Upon approval of item change, customers will be notified of the schedule of pick up of replacement product through his/her given contact number or email address.

  • Customers may arrange for pick up of item replacement from our office during office hours. 

  • Customers may exchange items with other readily available items.


Our Refund Policy

  • The manner of refund will depend on the mode of payment originally made by the customer.

  • No cash refund will made through Culinary Edge office or physical store.    

  • Refund will take 7-14 working days from the date of request approval.

  • The Amount to be refund will be computed based on the unit price paid in the original purchase.

  • All requests for refund will be reviewed on a case to case bsis and subject to Company’s approval.
